- I feel I have used up 80% of my energy by midweek. I told my family and my closest team that I really don’t feel like working today. Yet, I went to office and barely had time for lunch. I would blame for being a non-running day. My energy and mood are usually low on non running days. Or I could blame to hormonal shift, mid-cycle, which feels like my body just switched to a low energy mode overnight.
- I got my 2026 planner! I went for the smaller size this time as I realized that I don’t take my planner when traveling because it takes space and weight. Now with the smaller one, I have no excuse. In any case I don’t use the daily page so much so I am not missing too much, I hope.

3. Bubble is really cute. She loves to eat chicken, yogurt. Watching her eat is one of the most satisfying thing.

4. Morning pink sky never gets old. It put me in a great mood. The rainy season has started and sunrise is 5:30am and ideally I need to be heading out for a run by then.

5. I met with a knee doctor, a really fancy one. He looked at my MRI results, did an examination, and all look good. He gave me some suggestions for supplementation, continue with my strength training program, and I should be good. HORAY!
Ah, your kitty is so cute. My sister has two cats of the same breed. So pretty.
Which planner did you get for 2026?

Great news on the MRI. Sounds like your strength work is really paying off, that’s the best prevention there is. Keep up the smart training!

Hooray, that’s good news! If you continue with your strength routine I’ll bet you won’t have any more problems. What supplements did he recommend?
