- Rainy season is in full force. I could have ran under rain but it didn’t feel right so I didn’t. Instead I did the in person yoga class followed by 30 min lower body strength.
- TMI. HRT regime started in full force yesterday and it’s causing some GI disruption. Hope it normalizes soon.
- The day before holidays was extra busy at work, trying to wrap things. I hope my mind can switch off once we board the plane.
- I was in full search for Nair’s replacement, asking everyone for reference. Then I came home and asked her departure date. She said: she is considering to stay.
- I spent good 45 min serving as her marriage therapist. Sigh… I hope the best for her.

Our New Journey 
I’d love to be looking forward to rain, but unfortunatley looks like in about a week or two I’ll be running in snow, swearing at those that don’t shovel!

It was cold and rainy here today and will shift to snow tonight. So winter is arriving. I hope the road is clear and not icy for my 10k on Thursday! We have had a mild fall so I can’t complain about the snow. It’s going to be a slushy mess so not the kind of snow you can play in.

Good news that Nair wants to keep her job!
But does that mean she’s planning to stay at your house now? Do you think that’s something your family could live with in the long-term?

No, she’s working things out with the husband. At this point of our life we don’t want housekeeper to live with us anymore. we used to have one live in Manila when kids were small but now it’s not needed nor convenient.

Oh goodness, that’s a lot. I hope Nair is OK. You don’t want a live in right now, and I hope she finds a happy place to be.
I’ve never tried HRT. I was on birth control pills, pretty much until I was through menopause, so I think that was it for me. But since I was on them from the age of 18 until late 40s or so, there was no sudden change. I’m curious what it is meaning for you.

We’re in our good wether season now! It did rain last night but that’s not the norm for this time of year. I think it rained every single day in September, ugh.
