Monday eat, exercise, read, listen

Exercise: 6 miles easy run followed by 20 min yoga for runners. This morning we had heavy fog and 86% humidity.

Meals which is quite typical

Before run: toast with almond butter

Breakfast: oatmeal with protein powder and frozen blueberries

Lunch with colleagues: salad, couscous salad, chickpea stew

Snacks: Aduki bean soup, sourdough toast

Dinner: assorted vegetables dishes, big bowl of Kabocha, dark chocolates.

Listen: edamame in repeats.

Other happenings:

I had full sets of ultrasounds as my 6 month HRT follow up.

I learned about a Brazilian colleague being “fired”. Sigh…
