Feeling better

I slept terribly last night and oura ring reminds me that mental stress takes a toll to our body same or more than a hard training. This is part of life management I guess and each shock comes with an adjustment. I am thinking about adjustments, I will take my time to think through them, and then implement.

Despite bad sleep, I went out for a slow jog, even with the headache that didn’t improve with the run. That is okay too.

I dropped the girls at school and went to office for an important meeting at noon. The meeting went well, and I left office 2pm to eat up leftover vegetables as nobody else would eat it. Then I finished packing, went to pick up the girls with husband, say bye to them, and came to the airport.

I hope I sleep well tonight so I have energy and positive spirit for an important meeting tomorrow morning.

I’ll be in Sao Paulo for 3 nights and returning to Brasilia Saturday 9am, hopefully all hard feelings sorted it out and I go back refreshed.

I am grateful for the opportunity to escape the familiar environment, time alone to process some feelings and organize my thoughts.
