My manager is in town until Friday, aka, busy week ahead, potentially stressful.
Monday was longgggg. I left home 8am and got back 7:45pm. Girls were playing and waiting for me as daddy was exhausted from the night before as we got home 1:30am. It was so nice to see the girls, eager to hug me, putting them to bed, after a long and exhausting day.
Last week’s workout
Mon: 20 min yoga, 15 min lower back injury prevention and 15 min mobility form Dynamic Runner
Tue: 5 miles easy with 4 strides (total 6 miles) + 0 min lower body strength
Wed: 6.3 miles easy, 30 min yoga
Thur: 5 miles easy with 4 strides (total 6 miles) + 50 min full body strength and mobility
Fri: none
Sat: none
Sun: 6 miles on TM in the PM.
Total miles: 24.3
Strength: 2 sessions
Yoga: 2
I wasn’t planning to run on Sunday as I never run in the afternoon. but since I was inactive for 2.5 days in the jungle, i really wanted to move and get a sweat, so TM was it.
For runners, what do you do to “entertain” you while running on TM? I really hate it but I know I need it when my training ramps up and air quality is bad.
I also hate the treadmill and rarely use it. If I do have to use it, I listen to podcasts!

When I’m on the elliptical or walking alone, I listen to podcasts.
I try to make podcasts only for workouts, which gives me something to look forward to.
