I had a full day in Disney shifting between Disney park and studio. I am amazed by the stamina of the family to go non stop for so long. 🙂 I could have gone back to the room for some chill out time by 3pm but we returned 9:30pm.
it was a beautiful spring day. we walked to the disney studio this time, passing by the beautiful lake and the air baloon

Once in the studio, girls line up for the most popular ride, crush’s coaster, a thrilled ride for them.

Next they did top soldier parachute drop

I saw RC racer which looked like scary, suggested to Sofia and there she went alone. She came out dizzy hahahaha but enjoyed the scary ride. Meanwhile daddy and Lizzy did zigzag spin

It was past noon by then and the sun was very strong. We decided to go to watch a show

The lion king musical which we missed yesterday as I arrived 5 min before the start. One really needs to get there 30 min before the start to get a seat. I enjoyed the 30 min show.

It was 2pm and everyone was starving. Girls had hot dog, hubby and I got salad from pret a manger, our most frequent food place so far in Disney. Then we took the old fashion train to hide the sun for a while, exploring the park in a different way

Then popsicle time, sitting on the street, which is what everybody does given the amount of walk and standing required.

We went back to studio, did spider man web adventure, quite fun

Followed by avenger assemble, of which Lizzy backed out when she saw the ride. Daddy and Sofia had fun though

Sofía and I went to watch frozen show, our least favorite show among the three we watched

While Lizzy and daddy went to the twilight zone tower of terror. At first we thought it was a scary tower to look around so Lizzy wanted to go. Then they found out it was a 12 floor drop once they were there. Lizzy did not like that, hahaha, but didn’t back out, brave girl!

Final ride was ratatouille, a fun family ride that I also enjoyed as I love the movie. We got five guys on the way back.

We got back and saw character photo stand, which we didn’t have more energy to wait. Lizzy got her souvenir after browsing many shops.

Time in the park goes by so quickly. We really enjoyed the magical vibe of the place, despite long lines and whining kids. To fully enjoy the park and studio, to do more browsing and walking attractions, we would need two more days. I don’t know why people recommend 1-2 days to do Disney, maybe just do the most popular rides? I feel like although some rides are “basic” and could be found in other theme parks, Disney really makes it more fun and magical. I would have done all the small rides if we had more time, and less people. 🙂
Taco would love the souvenir that Lizzy picked out. He is OBSESSED with Mickey and Minnie. But mostly Mickey. But those hands are very cute! I am impressed that Lizzy had the stamina to do this after sleeping so poorly the night before. I hope she sleeps better tonight!

It sounds like you had a very full day! When we took our daughter to Disneyland in Southern California, she was 5. We got there when she opened, stayed until lunch, went back to our hotel for a nap and some rest, and then went back in the late afternoon. It was December in Los Angeles, so not hot, but also not cold.
