The project that I’ve been working since April was about to go for management review. Yet, it’s paused due to internal politics. At the time it could feel frustrating. But honestly I’m grateful with the team and the client to be understanding and adaptable. There’s no clarity on way forward but I don’t want to dwell much on the past and things beyond our control. I’ll focus on other tasks and let things to go through its course.
I was getting morning coffee with collagen and saw another female colleague making a pink mixture. I asked what’s that? She said it’s beef bone collagen protein?! she said she doesn’t like it but take it as medicine. Aha… many of us are doing things for the sake of health at midlife.
We bought the cinema ticket to watch wicked with the girls. Should I catch up on the first one before watching the second one? There’s a holiday this Thursday, maybe I should do that.
I asked husband to get my HRT protocol. Only estrogen is available at the pharmacy. Then I asked the doctor where can I get the rest? She said: at manipulation pharmacy. These are pharmacies that prepare drugs by order and at the requested dosis. Isn’t that interesting?
That is interesting about how to get your HRT meds! Is there much of a cost to the meds? I have no idea how health insurance works in Brazil!

My husband has recently gotten very interested in collagen and bone broth. It’s not for me as it’s not veg, but I will be interested to see how it works for him.

Ack- drinking a beef bone collagen broth sounds disgusting… but, to each his own!
I want to say there’s a similar pharmacy equivalent here- a compounding pharmacy? I might be wrong about that though.
Sorry about the work setback- sounds like you have a good attitude about it though.

Sounds like a specialty pharmacy- I had to get my infertility shots at a special pharmacy back in the day to conceive both of my kids through IVF.

Isn’t that how a lot of pharmacies work here in the US? I thought because prescriptions are “filled” and counted into these little containers, you could basically any prescription you need.
Did you know that in Germany, all prescription drugs come pre-packaged?!
