Things that I don’t seem to be able to embrace even after almost 3 months:
- messy house.
- ONLY remote interaction with my people.
- No travel.
hopefully I can get back to these soon. The first one very soon as our new helper is starting this weekend. YAY!
On a happier note, lunch was great! I made vegan pho
very simple to make and very satisfying. For the broth I used vegetable stock added onion, ginger, garlic, celery, potato, carrot, bay leaves, cloves and anise start, and cook for 1 hour. Then add whatever topping I wanted. And made korean pan fried tofu. YUM YUM!
when can we travel again???
