No running day but long meditation as I got up 4:10am as usual with an amazing sleep. Honestly sleep is the best recovery tool. Training was quite intense yesterday but overnight recharge means i feel 90% recovered.
As I had time at home I made breakfast for Lizzy who likes savory food. Sofia loves sweet so I made crepe with maple syrup and almond butter with kiwi. Lizzy was homemade sourdough toasted with butter and fried egg, also kiwi.

After girls left for school I did 30 min yoga for athlete. My mind was jumping around until I finally settled to the calmness.
I had a work meeting and then dental cleaning. Before I left, I had to pet Bubble who was having morning snack, yogurt while husband was having his

Man, I had the deepest dental cleaning in my 40+ years of life. It was the first time I was offered anesthesia and I’m so glad I took it. I feel extremely clean now! But my mouth was numb for few hours and I was afraid to talk during a meeting.
All good though. Taking advantage of being home, I made the process for two new loaf of sourdough.
I also read between meetings and screenshots some passages of this book that I plan to write them down. She’s sooo talented! I can’t wait to read her next book or story.
I made dinner for the girls and now waiting for their arrival with Bubble

Sofia has swimming competition this weekend. I’m excited for her.
Today I had 3 short meetings, spaced out. It felt relaxing. I also tackled a task that has been sitting for days and did it efficiently. Yet the day felt relaxing. I need more of this kind of days.
