So after midnight pain again, I woke up feeling okay but still a bit weak. I went out with the girls for cycling and I run very slowly for 4 miles. Came home, took a bath and had this fabulous breakfast. Avocado mashed with green pea and nutritional yeast.
For the rest of the day, I still feel some pain, maybe 3 out of the 10 but I was still working. Took a nap as I didn’t sleep well. Then after dinner, I felt very tired, sleepy, and the pain has increased to 4 maybe. I was worried that I’ll wake up again in the middle of the night with severe pain, while I know badly need a good sleep. Fortunately I didn’t wake up around 4am the next day but with pain level 5. 😦
I couldn’t help but read about GERD, acid reflex, ulcer, for hours! They all seem to have similar symptoms but none in particular that I feel identified, which is very frustrating. I think I might need to go back to the doctor for further check up. This is really a detective work!

Oh no! I hope by the time your next post publishes you are feeling better again. It is hard when you can’t figure it out. I think you should go back to the doctor! Make sure they check your appendix too! We had a relative recently very sick in the hospital with a ruptured appendix for weeks. He had stomach pain and vomiting/diarrhea, they thought it was food poisoning or something he ate. It doesn’t always present in the same way for everyone, so make sure they rule that out!
